FIJI AND LIKULIKU LAGOON RESORT HAVE JOINED FORCES TO CREATE THE
“PARADISE & HEAVEN” PACKAGE FOR COUPLES
Sister resorts, Malolo Island Fiji
and Likuliku Lagoon Resort have joined together to create the ultimate
“Paradise & Heaven” package for couples.
Both resorts are located in Fiji’s Mamanuca archipelago on the big
island of Malolo, just west of Nadi International Airport. Both resorts
are accessible by seaplane, private speedboat or three times daily via
fast catamaran, and travelers booking a stay a Likuliku also have the
option of getting to the resort via helicopter.
Visitors choose from five or seven night packages including bottles of
Australian and French wine, free transfers between resorts and
complimentary room upgrades.
Malolo has just completed a major F$2M refurbishment which has taken the
original Plantation style and brought it to the fore. Using fresh, crisp
whites, earthy tones, and subtle South Pacific touches, the revitalised
Malolo will set new benchmarks in quality, four-star level accommodation
in the Mamanuca Islands. In addition to a complete redesign of the
rooms, the resort’s famous “Beach Bar” has also received a major
facelift. There’s also a new reception area, both swimming pools have
been completely renovated, and there has been a significant revamp for
the Terrace Restaurant.
Likuliku Lagoon Resort is Fiji’s most unique resort featuring the first
and only over-water accommodation. Not quite three years old, Likuliku
has set new standards for accommodation, cuisine and service in Fiji
amidst a haven of subtle luxury.

TOKORIKI TO
FOCUS ON NEW SUNSET POOL VILLA REBUILD
Tokoriki Island Resort is now halfway through the conversion of the new
Sunset Pool Villas. The decision to adjust the design plans and focus on
improving the original building structure has been the main cause for
the delayed completion date.
“If we are doing something at Tokoriki, we do it well. Although the
decision to focus on some unexpected structural issues has delayed our
building team, the outcome will justify the wait,” says Tokoriki Island
Resort Owner, Andrew Turnbull.
The new Sunset Pool Villas will be available for sale from May 1, 2010
increasing the number of Sunset Pool Villas from five to eight with the
total number of rooms at Tokoriki Island Resort remaining unchanged.
With the focus on the Sunset Pool Villa work, the Resort has chosen to
delay construction on the new Spa, now due to start in November 2010.
Instead, the existing Spa will receive a makeover.
“Our Guest’s experience at Tokoriki is extremely important to us and
although the decision to delay our Spa was a tough one to make, it was
ultimately based on ensuring that our Guest’s were not disturbed by
building work throughout the high season,” noted Turnbull.
Renovations on the Teppanyaki Bar have been completed, with the internal
fixtures and fittings to be unobtrusively completed in the next couple
of months.
Tokoriki Island Resort is a boutique retreat for couples located 35
kilometers west of Nadi in the Mamanuca Group of Islands, Fiji.
